What are the results with a 512 sample buffer? What audio interface and what drivers, i e ASIO or factory?
What are you running this on? CPU, disk and so on. It's possible your machine is too weak to host these synths, though it could be your setup. So far I've tried VB virtual audio bus, JACK audio and even ASIO4ALL, and all have given me this annoyance! PLEASE HELP ME! I JUST WANT TO MAKE MUSIC ALREADY! The audio coming out of "Minihost" is what I cheifly want to put into Live and another program so I can make recordings and master the songs after I compose them. I have a feeling it has to due with the audio output and that latency stuff because each buffer setting has diffrent results. Every time I try to play a midi song from Sekaiju, the audio starts crackling(and albeit, only at certain, note-filled points) and getting really messed up. I'm using a midi program called "Sekaiju" to send midi to a vst instrument called "TW16x", which is in a program called "Minihost Modular".
